Today @LawyerJulie talks about something she sees all the time...parents recording their kids to get video "proof" of their kids not wanting to go to the other parent's house, or the kids complaining about the other parent in general. Is this a good idea? Can this video be used in court? What do the judges think? What if it's your spouse or ex-spouse you are recording, is that helpful to your case?
